One day while I was at work I found a litter of puppies. I took them inside and was able to find homes for all but two of them. I brought them to my daughter's apartment since I wasn't allowed to have pets. We named them Chance and Lucy. We were hoping to find homes for them, but as they got older we knew that they needed to have their shots and be spayed and neutered. We didn't want any more puppies! We took them to the vet and had all of this done, thinking it might be easier to find them homes. Unfortunately we can't keep them any longer. My daughter's landlord is going to charge her $25 for each dog plus her rent. She is already paying extra for a dog I rescued 3 years ago, a chihuahua mix who had just had a litter pups. I pay the fee for her, but I can't afford to pay the extra for these two. I am a nurse's aide and I love animals. I hate to see animals suffer and try to do what I can to help them. I hope you can help us. They were one year old last August. They are good dogs, crate trained and very loveable. We really appreaciate any help you can give us. Please call 304-743-5802 or email
