Chuck Garnes, a board member and dog socializer, and his wife Lynn, gave birth to the newest Little Victories Volunteer on Saturday, April 6, 2009. Her name is Bayleigh Renee Garnes. She weighs 6 pounds 11 ounces and measures 19 inches.
We want to start the next generation young and welcome the newest dog whisperer to our group!!
