Little Victories will host a Longaberger Basket and Boyds Bear Bingo on August 20, 2010 at 7 pm at the Junior League building located at 617 Ninth Avenue. There will be 21 baskets and 20 bears given away, plus 20 door prizes. Refreshments will be sold. Hi.
Attached is the flyer for the dog wash this Saturday. Please print some (you can get two per sheet) and pass them out at work, at your vet, etc. Also please put the Bob Evans event and the dog wash on your Facebook sites. You can download the flyer from our web site for both events.

Please reply if you can volunteer--we need to be there from 10 -3. We had a lot of fun last time and met some wonderful people --AND raised over $800!!!!

Bring your dogs and have them washed at Complete Petmart (in the Merritts Creek Mall) Barboursville, WV 25504 - Saturday, July 10, 2010 from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm. (We will also hold this event on Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm. The price is $8 for small dogs, $10 for medium dogs, and $12 for large dogs. May 8, 2010 7th Annual Walk and Wag and 5K Run for Rescue. We hope to make this year’s Walk and Wag the best one ever! We have added an early morning 5K Run for Rescue, information tables, an adoption of LV animals, a clown, face painting, and many surprises! Little Victories is taking pet photos with Santa Paws at Complete Petmart located at 3032 Champion Drive, Barboursville, WV on two weekends in December. The dates are December 12th - 13th and December 19th-20th from 11 till 3 each day. Each person who takes a picture and gives a $10 donation will receive a free Purnia treat. Proceeds will go to the medical fund.There is also an Angel Tree at the store where you can pick a picture of one of the dogs at our No Kill shelter Continued on next page

Candle Fundraising Sale - Volunteers Needed!

She had a candle sale this spring and raised $1,400 for our medical fund!! You can download the order form and sell candles and report to Jara. (Be sure and notify her by email before you start so you can find out exactly what to do.)
